3.4 Duties and Responsibilities of Management
- See to it that all activities are delivered according to the plan and that they are in compliance with the organisation’s constitution.
- Ensure that there is an adherence to the scheduled meetings.
- Monitor all daily activities of the organisation.
- Make a follow up on all the programs and projects of the organisation.
- Keep the minutes and records of the organisation safe.
- Manage the finances and assets/equipment’s of the organisation.
- Ensure that books and financial records are annually audited by an independent institution and ensure that those audited statements are presented to the Annual General Meeting of the organisation as the constitution requires.
- Continue sourcing funds from potential funders in order to successfully implement all programs and projects of the organisation.
4. Staff Compliment
- Management team will be permanent employees of the organization.
- Two general workers will be appointed to assist management with its duties.
- Temporary employees will be appointed as and when the need arise and the number thereof, will be informed by the size of the project.
- Volunteers will also be used and paid required stuff we will also hire as per need of Projects.
5. Objectives
- From the perspective of financial Freedom (God’s Money & Me) and ethnic community culture (God’s Plan to Connect the Dots) “God’s Money & Me” promotion, to conduct a financial and ethnic community culture needs assessment are completed by team. It is hoped that through this study projects, the specific needs of Pakistani Christians and other ethnic minority groups can be identified.
- To build up a network and strengthen the relationships with various stakeholders who are concerned about the project’s ethnic minority groups.
- To improve the access of minority groups to projects information through developing an effective ethnic specific mechanism for disseminating financial Freedom (God’s Money & Me) and Ethnic community culture (God’s Plan to Connect the Dots) advice.
Target Group
- Improve the standard of living amongst the communities, especially the historically disadvantaged people non-English speaking (Pakistani, Bangla Dash, Burma, Chines, Japanese, Korean, Vietnam and other ethnic communities, African).
- To reduce the level of unnecessary deaths that could easily be avoided.
- To promote the awareness campaign regarding the health environment, Coronavirus.
- To empower the disabled people, women, and youth.
- To encourage sport development.
- Play a vital role in widely for needy and help seeking communities and ethnic communities’ groups.

8. Helping the Non-English-Speaking elderly and elderly people.
- Make regular visits to their homes in order to assess their spiritual and cultural wellbeing.
- Assist them with the grant application process if not registered yet.
- Organise some sort of security where their safety might be compromised.
- Organise Social Workers visits where necessary.
- Help with transfers of neglected elders to old age homes.
- Give necessary care to those disabled who stay alone without any help and those who struggle to access medical treatment.
9. Attend to the destitute within the communities.
- Identify all those who fit the criteria and create a database.
- Distribute the food packages that are basic in nature.
- Make a provision of a temporary shelter where and when necessary.
- Devise means to change their predicament or direct them to the place of help.
- Attend to the needs of communities during the period of disaster.
- Ensure that they are warm and cared for during bad weather conditions and cold season by providing blankets and warm clothes.
- Provide a shelter for all those children who can no longer be accommodated at their current orphanage home, just because they have reached the age of 16 which is the limit for those particular homes. There is an orphanage home with such condition here in our area (which we cannot mention by name) and that leave many kids vulnerable to crime at a crucial time when they are about to complete their high school studies.

- To provide education to volunteers and the ethnic community on matters relating to Coronavirus.
- To take better care of terminally ill communities.
- To promote, encourage, educate, and advocate Primary Health Care within the ethnic community.

- To promote our program that is called ‘Coming Alongside to Restore and Empower – Financial Freedom | God’s Money & Me’ with an intention of eliminating stigmatization of people living with financial stress & Cultural disconnection stress.
12. Promotion of Sports in the communities
- We want to introduce various sporting codes within the communities.
- Run campaigns which will encourage every single child and the majority of adult ethnic community members to take part in sports.
- Organise current and former professional athletes to visit our communities for the purpose of either facilitating coaching clinics or being motivated sessions.
- Organise tournaments that will create interest in the communities.
- Avail equipment sponsorship where necessary.
